Good quality - complete package.
Great lighting system! It was the only LED bar in this length I could find on Amazon that was multi-color and remote controllable. Includes several kinds of mounting hardware for different setups. A little more expensive but worth it!

Cheaply made and not did not last long.
Another poorly made inferior product from a Chinese distributor. Product arrive and worked for approximately 2 1/2 month. After wards, LED bar would to light or respond to remote or phone app. Contacted seller who offered placement PART, which did not resolve issue. Seller should have simply resent another product. Now that the exchange window has closed, they are asking to return the product to them (in China) to be fixed. Not worth the expense or hassle. Good communication, but questionable customer service.

The remote does not work well at all.
It's nice to have the under cabinet lighting but the remote doesn't work unless you're right on top of it. Plug comes undone easily overall has lots of colors and options. Not sure if I would buy this again.

Came bent in a 90 degree angle…
The light came bent in a 90 degree angle. Packing materials were useless. I was able to bend it back somewhat straight and it still, to my surprise, worked fine.

Worked great for a few hours, then the green led chip failed?
Worked great for a few hours in my dj controller case but when I turned it on last Thursday, the green led chip would not light up, have all colors but green? I wish this company would Please send me on that works for more than a few hours without losing a color (green) please let me know how receive another one?
