Leviton 88008 2-Gang 1-Duplex 1-Blank Device Combination Wallplate, Standard Size, Thermoset, Box Mount, White

Old house, old switch plate covers. Leviton to the rescue. These items are very nice to look at. Though I was missing a few screws on this particular cover, it looks fabulous. Arrived quickly and safely. Worth the money.

Arrived quickly. Only one slight negative issue - bag was ripped and one screw was missing but fortunately I was able to reuse one of the screws from the old plate.

Easy to install with standard Flat head screwdriver

I tried Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware both on-line and in store and they did not have a two gang blank and duplex wall plate, but Amazon did! I was hesitant to order at first since shipping was supposed to take a week, but this was my only choice. What a pleasant surprise when I checked out and was informed that it would be delivered the next day!! Wall plate is installed and life a good.Good job Amazon!

Just as sturdy as the ones in the store

Works fine but use care so as not to crack the plastic when tightening the screws -- VERY fragile! One star deducted.Note also that if your drywall and/or box is not perfectly flush, you may be unable to snug the plate corners against the wall due to the one-screw attachment on the receptacle side (no stars deducted for this since it seems to be standard screw pattern for this receptacle type). Probably it would snap anyway if you tried to tighten it down on an uneven surface!
