Spirella10.14964 Bowl-Shaped Bin - Polystyrene - 1 l - White

Looks like something slightly futuristic and sits great on any shelf. You actually wouldn't think it's a bin.Splits apart for emptying and the lower half is a moulded plastic container so it's water tight. You could put anything in it without a liner and just wash it out when you empty it.Big enough for cotton buds, tissues, face wipes, crushed up toilet rolls, small stuff....Looks great in our new bathroom (which doesn't have floor space for a bin). It would also fit inside a cupboard if you wanted to hide it.

I still love the look of my Spirella however, having used it for a few weeks I have an issue with it. The swing lid is so big that having put several teabags in the unit, it touches the used tea bags inside, thereby spoiling the slick look of the item. I do not understand why the body needs to be so large if you can not actually fill it to the maximum level. Am I missing something? Am I required to remove the swing lid after the floor inside the unit has got two layers of teabags at the bottom? I am presently doing this but am finding it a bit of a faff.
