SEIKOWomen's SYMA40K 5 Automatic Black Dial Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Watch

I am a long-time Seiko watch person. I am a retired RN and always found Seikos to be reliable. However, I did get tired of the battery on my watch quitting at the most inconvenient time. I live in a rural area, and it is a 40-mile round trip just to get a watch battery. That is why I ordered the automatic watch. I also ordered the winder from Amazon to keep it running well, as I don't wear a watch when sleeping. This is a well-fitting, attractive watch and it keeps accurate time. The black face makes it easy to see the time at a glance.

I love this watch; it looks great, keeps great time, and no more worry about batteries. I've had no trouble keeping it going just by regular activity. My only challenge, which is not the fault of the watch or the seller, was getting the watch bracelet adjusted to fit, as I needed a few links removed. The technique of removing the links is harder than previous Seiko watches I've owned. I ended up finding a local jeweler that was willing to make the adjustment without charge.

Tried to give no stars for this very cheap watch. Bought it for my mother-in-law and it began losing time after a couple of weeks. Spent $10 dollars to have links taken out for the right fit. Lost money on the return for a restocking fee. Seiko's were once really good watches. But this was junk!

I bought this watch over Christmas and could not be happier. It keeps great time, do not have to worry about a battery and hands for me are easy to read. Month and day a bit small, but good looks make up for that. Well worth the price.
