This brand of Pyridoxal-5 Phosphate was recommended by my doctor. I believe it is a very high quality, and I am very pleased with it. Am taking it as part of a set of supplements for use in combatting low vitamin B-12.

I like the brand, I am still using their magnesium supplements and very happy with those. However I found the same product at my local health food store (from a brand I trust as well) for half the price at double the dose.Other than the cost issue, I felt it was a good product.
