This is a comprehensive tool for learning. I was provided with very shoddy pictures from my anatomy and physiology teacher and even though I was livid when she told me to buy flash cards rather than provide usable resources, it was the best purchase I have made so far with regard to my massage course. I will get the book as well but with these I can study on the go. Also excellent for my personal training course. Don't buy another brand, these are an industry standard.

Exactly what I needed for my anatomy exam . Shows the muscles in isolation and in situ and gives insertion and origin.... as well as what the muscle does. Small and robust enough to carry round.

Came in good strong box. Good quality cards. Comes with index and ring binder. I will use smaller rings to separate sections to make use less bulky. Very useful to have labelled and unlabelled on different sides of cards. Ideal for students and professionals alike for revising.

Great for university for my anatomy

A sports therapist recommend purchasing these and very glad I did.Worth the purchase.The only thing I would say as much as its great for learning content and presentation downside is if your an on the go person. Against all the elements they will be damaged very quickly.Shortly after receiving my flash cards I laminated them for the extra protection. Glad I did! - As you can see from images. If you have the time and energy it is worth it.

love this book, and the dvd which shows the actions and how to asses muscles. Anyone working with soft tissues would greatly benefit from Andrew Biels knowledge.
