I Bought Three More Sets
I bought this set to accompany a beautiful glass teapot. I loved the way the tea looked in the pot and wanted to duplicate that appearance in the cup. I liked the simple elegance of the set, and it did go nicely with my teapot.Relationships seldom develop the way one first envisions, and this one way no different. When my teacups arrived, I made a pot of tea and poured myself a cup. It was gorgeous. Having purchased the cup for its appearance, I was completely unprepared for how perfect it felt in my hands. Smooth, warm, just the right size for holding in both hands for a little contemplative sipping at day's end.Soon I was reaching for one of these cups for every warm drink, so that sometimes there wasn't a clean one available when I wanted tea from my lovely glass pot. The teapot was devastated and lonely, pouring itself into lowly ceramic mugs. Tragically, it committed suicide (or so the only witness, my husband, says).Seriously, the cups are lovely. I've purchased a total of four sets and I couldn't be happier. The only truly helpful thing I can say is that they are ideal for sitting and enjoying a cup of tea, coffee, or espresso. If you're going to be carrying it around or sitting where you have to reach for it from your weak side, it's not ideal as it's rather small and a decent serving fills it too full to be practical for a lot of moving about.Definitely wash by hand.

Simple yet elegant!
For years I have just been using a big old mug to drink my tea. I finally decided to get myself some real teacups, and while browsing here on Amazon I found this set and was instantly smitten! The cups are made of borosillicate glass (as I read it, the same stuff that Pyrex measuring cups are made of) so are crystal clear, yet a bit more resistant to thermal shock. I have had a little experience with borosillicate teaware since I own a Yama Glass "Sitka" teapot I bought here on Amazon. I have used it for almost two years now, and that particular product has held up very well over that time period, so I expect the same from these teacups. Yes they are a bit thin in a general sense, but not really when compared to other teacups. So while borosillicate glassware is fairly durable, for the most part I do treat it gently. I handwash my teaware and nothing goes in the dishwasher, so that will never be an issue for me. The cup holds the stated 8oz of liquid (confirmed with a measuring cup), which is perfect for tea. The crystal clear glass allows the true color of the liquor to shine, the saucer is a nice size and pretty thick, and the handle on the cup is a perfect size even for my tree trunk sized fingers, and it stays cool no matter how hot the water is that goes into it. It is in every respect a nice and simple yet elegant cup and saucer that, as long as you treat it with care, should last you quite a long time.

Perfect for home and office.
I've read some reviews where people were concerned about their sturdiness. I've not broken any yet. I hand wash them and they are still in tact. They are beautiful, and I enjoy drinking tea and coffee from them. The only down fall is that one of the saucers and one of the cups has a small flaw. Could be from the manufacturing, and I didn't expect perfection, but it's enough to lose a star. I really think these are charming and would be fun to serve guest. I use them in the office to add some excitement to the world of auto insurance, and to cure the Mondayitis.

Good value
You get what you pay for here. I bought these for some food photography I needed to do and they photograph pretty well. The actual material of these cups is not as good as the higher end glass teacup set I used to have from Wayfair but I'm pretty happy regardless because these were way cheaper. Makes for a great set to have afternoon tea it and I love that there are no air bubbles or weird markings like I've seen on other glassware purchased online. Overall, good value and will likely recommend to others for their food blog posts.

Beautiful complement to tea time
I got this set to enhance my tea drinking experience, and I am really glad that I bought them. They are of high quality and are priced reasonably. The cup does move a bit on the saucer due to their being glass, but the cup sits securely once placed in the groove with liquid in it. Aesthetically-speaking, drinking coffee or tea out of these cups impart something special. I love seeing the colors of different teas in them, and hot cocoa with whipped cream with shaved chocolate look absolutely delectable. I love these!

Lovely! :)
Great! Super cute and pretty sturdy. I look so "all that" having one of these beauties on my dest at work. I've already been complimented on them and I love that the beautiful color of what ever tea you have in them can show through. :) (I acutely ended up purchasing 4 of them and I keep a hidden tea-trove at my dest at work.)

Perfect teacups!
Given the affordable price, I was a little bit skeptical of whether or not these teacups would be quality or not. This purchase was a success! They arrived in the mail in perfect condition, nicely packaged. I preheated them by swirling a little hot water in them, and after pouring that out, I poured in my peach oolong. The cups hold the perfect amount of tea for one serving, and they insulate your tea long enough for the duration of drinking.I'm also a coffee addict, so I can't wait to try these mugs for latte art! I'd imagine that latte art would do great in these because of the bowl-like shape.I'd highly recommend buying these as a gift for your loved one -- a pair to share!

Clear and lightweight teacups
I really like these glasses. They're very clear and make tea look so beautiful. My only complaint is that they're not real glass, almost like a super sturdy type of plastic. So if you're expecting a real glass teacup, you might want to look somewhere else. However, if you're clumsy or like lightweight cups, then these teacups are great because they weigh very little and don't seem like they'll break easily.

Nice!
I didn't know what to expect, but this cup and saucer set was a pleasant surprise, the cup it self was very light making it very easy to hold when filled with liquid. While the saucer was on the heavier side giving the pair a somewhat balanced feel. The set seems rather durable as I've accidentally nicked it a few times when putting it away or moving it from one place to another. I've only had the set for a few weeks and I hope it will last against the trials of time and occasional moment of clumsiness., fingers crossed.-Cheers

Perfect size!
Love these. I might need a second pair! I needed something to fit under my espresso maker and let me have a latte at the same time without having to dirty two cups. These are perfect.

So pretty!
These cups are gorgeous and go perfectly with the teapot I bought from the same brand. I really wish I got another set when they were still available! Please bring them back :)
