Fantastic
I’ve suffered from epilepsy for 40 years and had muscle twitches to the extent it was embarrassing. This magnesium stopped the twitching and shaking within a few days. I’ve contacted my doctor and explained the difference to my epilepsy and could I have it on prescription and he said no as I have no evidence to prove it!! This is the most remarkable thing that has happened to my health in 40 years. My respiratory issues are calm when walking up big hills and no bone aches. I have been that impressed I feel I should come off it and film it and then go back on it. Remarkable.

Very low concentration per capsule!
Concentration is very low as you need to take 6 capsules to make 700mg! So 60 capsules will not go far for the price. Very misleading...

Certainly different
I have taken magnesium citrate for some years. Perhaps it did some good, perhaps it helped me sleep or relaxed my muscles etc, I cannot be sure. I took it it because there seemed to be some positive science to support taking it. I had balked at magnesium threonate because of the price and doubted it would be any different to cheaper mag citrate and suspected claims that it crossed the blood brain barrier to be sales talk. However, I have taken this mag threonate intermittently for a couple of months and I do wake up clear headed, rather than in a fog trying to wake up. I am not necessarily more relaxed or less tired, but definately awake/alert on rising.I will probably keep taking it on the offchance that it assists in making things soluble and therefore assists in the brains nightly attempts to clean up and drain what it doesn't want through its own recently discovered lymphatic system. Pure speculation on my part.

The best type of Magnesium I have tried so far.
I did a bit of research on all the different types of Magnesium available and noted that the cheapest, most common type: magnesium oxide is cheap because it is very poorly absorbed. This particular type is well absorbed and tolerated without giving you loose stools...unless that's what you want of course...in which case, Magnesium citrate is for you (helps with constipation)Headaches are often linked to dehydration and I have found this magnesium helps with muscle tension from stress and relieve tension headaches. I take two at bedtime. Highly recommend.

Very Promising
I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and the results are quite promising, I'm 75 and been getting bad cramps and sciatica especially after a walk or a bike ride, the cramps have gone and I'm not sure if has helped the sciatica but its definitely better.My muscles are much more relaxed now I can relax and watch TV or read without getting painful spasms. I also find that I am sleeping much better, the only problem I had was for the first week when I was getting pressure headaches and a slightly upset stomach, but that has cleared up now.I'm also learning French in my old age and find that my concentration has improved, its still a bit early to judge the benefits so I will write another review after 3 monthsI have no problems swallowing them and I will definitely be buying them again

Helpful product
I use this product to fend off migraines, to help me sleep and to prevent panic attacks - it seems to be very good at assisting with all these things. I have the notion that it's also very good for my bones too. The price is economical and it comes in a package that will go through my letterbox which takes pressure of having to wait in for a delivery person. All in all, it appears to be very good and I will buy it again.

Brilliant !
This is amazing ! I suffer from migraine and I take one in the morning along with COQ10. I used to have a ‘groggy’ head in the mornings and not any more!
