This product is as exactly as described. And don't let it being plastic scare you. It is very durable and it stands up to the highest demands, even for those stubborn hydrants it remains to hold its shape.

Finally getting hydrant wrenches on the ambulances!
I work for a dual-role fire department, which means our ambulances respond on fires as part of the suppression effort. For years we've only had our turnouts and SCBAs, along with a limited set of hand tools (irons and bolt cutters), but for some reason lacked any way to get started on a hydrant to help out the first due engine should we arrive first.I went ahead and bought one of these on my own and put it on the ambulance at my station. We've been able to spot a hydrant for incoming engines, remove the 5" and 2.5" caps and flush the hydrant before the engine even gets there, so as soon as they pull up we can grab the supply line and hydrant bag and have them take off, or if it's within hand-jacking distance, just hook them right up to the hydrant, so there's almost an immediate water supply.Time will tell for durability, but we've already reefed on my wrench pretty hard, including stomping on it to loosen some stubborn caps, so I'm hopeful it'll hold up, and for the price, I wouldn't say it's disposable, but I'm not overly concerned about it taking some damage. The department is now purchasing them for all ambulances, and putting one on each engine tailboard as well.
