What a heartfelt trip down memory lane with Billy Crystal and his family members; you laugh, cry andfeel as if you grew up with him in his neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I loved it! I cried, laughed, felt inspired! someone made a comment saying Billy was just bragging about his life and that he made it only because his family was wealthy, but I think this person did not see the full film. He talks about his struggles, he talks about struggling financially, especially after his father passed away. And no matter how rich you are if you don't have talent people won't come see your movies or you. I have love Billy for years and even more so now, after hearing about his life. I laughed a lot, and I also cried remembering my own losses, loosing my dad and mom and feeling like an Orphan myself as an adult. He has sure been blessed in his life, and I feel he was just showing how grateful he is for the life he's had, not bragging at all. I specially loved this stand up because is not what you expect at all. Is not just all jokes and laughter. Billy makes you reflect on life and live through him music history as he remembers it. Just Love it, Bravo Billy! =)

Very funny and enjoyable movie for the entire family

intellectual, insightful, here is one of my heroes giving the performance of a lifetime. timing as sharp as a surgical steel,.. My only regret is to not have seen it in person. we share so m much in common, but I am here alone writing this as he has celebrated a Mitzvah like no other.all I can do is thank Billy for a long career of hilarity, compassion and countless laughs...Bravo! Mr Crystal,... Bravo!!

Such a heartfelt performance! I saw this with my father for the first time a few years ago. He passed away last august and I decided to rewatch this with my husband. It was very emotional although we did obviously have many laughs. I think the genius of it is how he talks about such a serious process as grief, while also making you laugh and even feel better.

This is absolutely one of the most amazing, fascinating, captivating shows I have ever seen! I worked in theatre for years and have seen more theatrical productions than I can count. I sat down to watch this wanting a good laugh and a fun break. I had no idea what I was in for! WOW! What a ride! I wound up watching it twice, back to back, just to make sure I didn't miss a word. This one man play comes off with all the flair of a fully staged, theatrical production. I laughed so hard my sides ached, I cried a river of tears, I laughed even more. Really, unbelievably brilliant story telling! This is a show for the entire family - every age, culture, nationality, generation. Truly brilliant fun!

Billy Crystal kannte ich bis jetzt nur aus seinen Filmen, die ich nett fand, aber mehr nicht. Diese DVD aber zeigt ihn allein als Performer seines Programms "700 Sundays". Und ich bin einfach begeistert. Eigentlich erzählt er von seiner Kindheit und seiner Familie, also biografisch. Aber wie er das tut, ist absolut sehenswert. Auch wenn er als Komödiant die Menschen eher zum Lachen bringt, gibt es auch Momente, in denen seine Traurigkeit uns berührt. Ich habe seine Show zum ersten Mal im TV in den USA gesehen und es war, als wäre ich an diesem Abend im Theater gewesen, so nahe kam mir Mr. Crystal mit seiner Darbietung. Also anschauen!!!
