This is an amazing little hoover it is so powerful suction is amazing easy to operate light weight so ideal for someone who dosent want to lug a big hoover about simple to operate and great attachments everything you would expect from VAX

I can’t complain what so ever, the suction is second to non, all the attachments are amazing I didn’t expect to get so much for so little, it came earlier then expected witch was good for me, it’s a really good hoover especially if you have pets I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this because I’m shocked how good it is for how much I spent.It’s not loud, easy to get out the box and go! Cord length is long in my opinion, it’s all round brilliant for me!

Ordered and delivered within 2 days actually came earlier than expected... was sceptical as it didn't cost as much most vacuums... it works perfectly, suction is amazing, came with correct appliances for every day use... hose is long enough to reach most top surfaces...Down side its a bit light and feels very plastic.. seems to topple over more than it should .. but it does the job...

Prompt delivery and it was exactly what it said on the tin.

It blocks easily and having only used it for five months, it is now absolutely unusable. In spite of repeated cleaning and emptying it barely has any suction. A complete waste of money.

The vacuum is really good. The suction is 11/10. Had a cheap stick vacuum before this and the difference is immense in quality. Picks up cat hair very well and leaves the carpet nice and clean. Does not miss a thing! The only drawback is also its greatest asset, the suction is so good that it is difficult to push on carpet that I do not really mind for the quality of the clean but some may find it annoying. So far no issues with filters although they do seem to get dirty quite quick so may need a clean more often. But again I see that as a plus because that means they are working. Would definitely recommend.

Bought as a secondary vacuum cleaner for a cat- filled home which is lighter to move around than our main one. Very easy to assemble and clean after use, once everything is dismantled. Suction power is very strong although strangely it struggles to pick up hairs that are even slightly embedded in the carpet; this is specifically important for a pet vac. At the same time the suction makes it hard to move around on certain types of carpet. The turbo tool attachment is very good and makes cleaning the stairs less of a chore. The telescopic adjustment is a good idea though not really long enough as I find myself still bending over at its full extension, despite being petite. The cord could also have been a bit longer for the purposes of cleaning the stairs. This was the first of two Vax products I purchased and it seems to be a recurrent theme that disassembling is not as easy. Removing the head can be quite stiff and pulling the hose out of the main unit to put away also requires a fair bit of effort. For some reason, cleaning inside the turbo tool actually requires unscrewing two screws which are quite deeply ensconced into the head. It's a bit clunky in these aspects and emphasis appears to just have been put on the suction power than anything else; surely quite simple mechanisms would have avoided these issues. Definitely not the worst cleaner but could have been more user-friendly.

I bought this vacuum in 2022 and it has been great, picks everything up on carpet and hard floors. I have never had a problem with it until today, Jan 25 when I was emptying it, the part where it opens broke off so I have purchased a new one today. It maybe is a fault with it but I'm still buying a new one. I could get a refurbished dust collector but I think its better to purchase a new vacuum.
