My daughter started reading these books and couldn't put it down! She fell in love with Rusty and just had to know what happened next. She has every book in the series and has read them multiple times! It even became a family favorite keeping everyone in suspense! Totally recommend this book and entire series for any horse lover big or small!! Written very well! Keeping you hooked throughout the entire series!! You wont be able to put it down!

this book was amazing and i couldnt put it down. i really enjoyed this whole series, i hope more books come.i really like how Heather rides Rusty in this novel and Nicholas is a great character. the ending was very nice, and i love heather and lauras realtionship also. <3

My daughter and I BOTH love this entire series! We have learned so much about horses through these books and we have deepened our love and understanding of them. Each book in this series is full of adventure and excitement, you don't want to put it down, and yet everything in it is entirely appropriate for ALL ages. I'd highly recommend these books for any horse lover and we are waiting in anticipation for more! :)

Christmas present for granddaughter who is learning to ride. Really liked her books

Obviously meant for teens, still, the writing and/or editing could use improvement.Still a good read when you don't want to think about much except horses and your younger day dreams.
