WeldingCityER308L Stainless Steel MIG Welding Wire 2-Lb Spool 0.035" (0.9mm)

This stainless steel .022 mig welding wire is actually ok stuff. I needed to weld 16ga stainless exhaust, and this stuff got the job done. A bit more splatter than I'd like, but not out of the ordinary for stainless mig welding.It would be nice if the wire came with a label.

I'm using this wire for 3" stainless exhaust I'm custom fabricating for my street rod. Works very well with tri-mix gas.

I purchased this wire for a project welding thin 16GA stainless steel sheet to some 1/4 diameter rod also stainless. With some research I got it set up and ran some trials to get the heat and speed set (MIG). It flowed on nicely and I'm happy with the result.

I welded some Chinese stainless no issues when using a co2 mix it looks black but buffs to a shine.

Wire worked great i think a label on the spool would be great thow

Welded together some 304 stainless exhaust parts with this, with gaps to fill, used 75/25 gas. Never tried this before, so I'm no pro welder. Hard application but but this wire will come out shiny if you use it right. Got it next day too.

This is exactly what I wanted, good clean wire in stainless. I like the four inch rolls so I can use them directly in the Mig/Tig welder or in my spool gun, allowing me to use the same alloy in close quarters or in the open areas of my projects.
