I like that when I actually swallow these supplements it actually helps me tolerate foods that I personally couldn’t tolerate before. I have no more indigestion from all my meats and poultry products that I eat like before because of the concentrations of lipase and all other digestive enzymes in the mix.

This enzyme will assist in digesting everything - dairy, vegetables, grains, protein- and it's all packed into one convenient little pill. I've been using it off and on for 10 years, and it's very effective at helping with digestion. It's also priced much more affordably than products that are far inferior. Highly recommended.

The only reason that I gave this 4 stars rather than 5 was simply that my digestive system is quite disfunctual. Using Dr Bo's Digestive Enzymes takes the proper regiment, along with a good diet of course. I'm on my second bottle and just starting to get the benefits. As with his other products, the quality is first rate. I'll be sure to do an update on this product soon.

I've tried a lot of the digestive enzymes on the market and this one makes me less bloated when I eat certain foods than other brands. I wanted to write this as I was about to complete the bottle to give it enough time to see if it really works. I am satisfied and going to get another. I also like it is just ONE capsule with each meal and not multiple hard to swallow caps

I cant take these, there is an ingredient in them that gives me bad stomach pains

I have digestive issues and have tried many brands of digestive enzymes. This brand has been very good to Me. No side effects of any kind, and most importantly, no gas and bloat! Also I have not had any issues with dairy products like I have with other brands! Well worth the money!

I have been on Pro biotics for years. i have had food allergy / sensitivities since child hood resulting in abdominal pain and at times excessive bloating. i tried these pre biotics, great help with a bloating flare up. I tried on a whim. SO VERY happy I gave them a try. happy to order again ,and recommend to co workers

These are the first digestive enzymes I've tried. So far I like them. I did cut out a lot of foods that cause gut irritation and bloating, but when I eat something I know will cause problems I take one of these and it really helps. I haven't really thought much about or noticed myself feeling bloated, which is a big change from how I felt a few months ago. I would have to think hard about what I was eating if I wanted to go swimming or wear a crop top somewhere. Such a pain
