An excellent product,though a little big for making dry curries etc for a family of 3 ,nevertheless it works well. The joy of cooking with this cookware is unbeatable. Though a little on the expensive side it is worth every penny. Highly recommended for Indian cooking. Not even a week into using this, I am already ordering a smaller pan in 20 cm too. Also it comes with a 5 year warranty.

This brand has solved my problem of a steel kadai . I have tried a lot of other brands and found Alda the best. I easily make dry items like poha in this without sticking at all. Don’t think twice , one time investment and you can easily get rid of aluminium kadaai at home.

It's quite sturdy. It's the perfect size for everyday cooking. Needs a little more oil but even if the vegetables stick, you can easily wash it out. Handles remain cool. Love it. I have just started using steel cookware and transitioning from non-stick. It's not too bad and maybe a healthy oil offsets the toxic cookware use.

As always this product from Alda is excellent. Looks great and will be a fantastic addition in the kitchen. Loved it.

Expected it to be little heavier but found it light because of it we need to be always watchful while cooking as the inside bottom gets burned easily.
