Lovely, but packed flat
This is nice but arrived packed flat! Have tweaked things to reduce the flatness.......don't want to wear a saucer. Those in the know would be able to get it just right but I'm worried that if I pull or tease too much that bits will fall off.

It isn't true white in colour
Its a good quality hat, arrives flat and the feathers are very flat but you can fluff it up yourself by hand. The white section is a straw material making it quite yellow in colour. I attach an image, but camera has made the yellowish colour lighter, it is even more yellow looking than what I have posted here. I needed a white and black hat.

Packaging needs to improve
The hat itself was lovely. It came in a clear plastic bag and postman squeezed it through letterbox. Took ages to sort it.

Nice but a bit flat
This was a nice size, however, I don't know if it was the packaging or the item, but it wasn't as full as it looked in the picture. Still deciding if I am going to keep it.

Lovely hatinator
Realky like the hat. Looks great on- found the hat to be black and white not cream as some of the other reviews, and yes it does arrive flat but it doesn’t take long to pull it into shape and make it look just like the picture.
