BerkelHome Line 200 Slicer Blade Extractor

Disappointring that this item doesn't come with the slicer when purchased new. It is a necessary tool, and after making a high dollar investment for the slicer, Berkel should offer these at a much better price, sacrificing some margin in order to delight the use. IMOHowever, after using it I'm very impressed with the design and function. One small improvement would be to make the two screws steel instead of aluminum. They did tend to gaul and create some difficulty threading into the blade, but some grease made subsequent use easier. Seems to be a good safe way to remove the blade for cleaning.
