Quick Tape™ Plantar Fasciitis Support Brace 1-Piece Foot Tape: (Standard-Women's 5 to Men's 11)

Quick tape has been a savior for my plantar fasciitis pain. I injured my foot and aggravated the plantar fascia. I’m allergic to anti-inflammatories, but Quick Tape relieves my pain (in addition to daily stretches). I’ve tried other PF tape and they are inferior to Quick Tape. Beware of the adhesive used on other brands, it can irritate your skin. Quick Tape adhesive holds up well, doesn’t irritate skin, and can be worn in the shower. I’ve been able to get up to 5 days of use out of one tape (depending on how active I am). The best way that I can describe Quick Tape is that it gives your foot a gentle hug to support the plantar fascia so that you can stay active. My advice is to take your time applying Quick Tape so that the heel straps don’t stick to each other.

Extremely difficult to apply correctly, changes to athlete tape - got much better support and results. It's also expensive for what it really is. The doctor I saw could apply it pretty well though and it worked great for about 10 days.Lookup stretches for PF - those helped quite a bit more after taping - now don't even need it.

After a year and a half of trying everything, everything - braces, ice, ultrasound and shots - this was the only thing that provided relief. Works really well. I do wish the adhesive was a little easier to deal with and that they lasted longer - or were cheaper, but they absolutely work.

Honestly so upset I wasted $100 on this. I really hoped it would work. I wore one a week for the weeks recommended. I avoided the beach, pool, etc and even showered with my foot sticking out of my tub so I wouldn’t get it wet even though you apparently can. I wanted it to work so I kept it clean and out of water. Waste of money. My foot still aches a lot in the AM esp despite wearing this, wearing supportive footwear and doing stretches. I never had PF before this so I hoped something like this would work for me. It didn’t. Wasted my money and time.

I usually don't write a review, but these really work for me! I just placed another order. After trying so many things that didn't work, considering the price will not be an issue. They are worth it! 2 weeks and I've noticed a difference!

Stays on several days. Similar to the tape at the podiatrist, but the price is RIDICULOUS.

These work really well to support the arch but they have a very strong chemical odor when you open the box and after a few days wow do they smell bad. If they could fix the odor issue I’d give them 5 stars. I had some put on me by the podiatrist in the office and theirs did not have this odor issue.
