Good battery bank with multiple options.
So far so good! But if any fault not sure whom to contact for repairs. Because 4.4k we paid for this product should be used atleast for 5 years . My city jump started within seconds with help of this beast.

DELL Connector NOT present, in the bulk of connectors received with kit
The kit is missing DELL Laptop connector, the main purpose I order this kit was to have good external backup for laptop. Without DELL connector I might have to return, as I might not be able to find DELL connector specific to this product in market also
