Carefree VXJE50HW Black 12V Eclipse Arm Set/Hardware Awning

I replaced my old carefree arms with this because the old one was in the way and everybody was hitting there head. Installation was straight forward even with no real instructions. I needed two helpers with ladders it took about two hours

Arms were built much stronger than the old arms. Installation was simple. The only thing I wish was for a faster retraction. This was the same as my old motor but still slow.

These were delivered in bad condition. We could not use them

Great product but obviously someone did read the instruction not to stand the box on end as evidenced by the damage.

Replaced this arm from the original (which flew away during a wind storm). This one is more heavy duty than the original and it seems to function more easily. The one before jerked up and going down. This is more smooth. Would recommend this over the original. Shipping was on time and the product lived up to it's expectations. Would recommend this vendor to my friends.

this awning comes in very very slow compared to our old one

Just what I needed to replace my Travel'r arms, one of which was damaged in a freak storm. More substantial arms, I hope they last the life of my RV.

We bought two awnings from this company- and they worked well until one needed service.The dealer in Apex North Carolina- does not answer calls- for service and phone messages and emails to the Eclipse factory are also ignored- do not buy an Eclipse awnings if you need repairs done,

We bought this to replace the arms for our awning on our trailer.The original arms broke quickly and easily, these in comparison are steel and if great quality.If I had to replace the arms again I would definitely buy from this company.
