My little dog LOVES them! And so do her bah-humbug brothers😊!
I wasn't expecting the exuberance my little Daisy, a 12 lb. mix breed female, showed as soon as I pulled these from the package! Each toy has a squeaker located in the "neck" of the toy, which immediately got her attention. She wanted me to throw them for her and when she brought the first one back to play tug of war, I heard another sound too. In the tail area it sounds like it has a sheet of crinkling cellophane in it, which also excited Daisy and put her in "attack" mode! (Hence the name Crinkle dog toy!)I have three dogs, including Daisies almost twin brother Duke. He is much more reserved and not given to the playful foolishness like his sister.I also have a ten year old, slightly overweight pug named Hoover, whose favorite pastime is snoring - I mean sleeping! Neither of the boys plays with toys too often usually. However, both boys showed excited interest in these toys; When they heard the crinkling in the tails especially! And both have been more playful since we have had these toys.Hoover has even taken one to bed with him a couple of times, after he cleverly tricked it away from Daisy, who likes to hide them from the boys when she isn't playing with them. These toys are from China, so maybe that's why I think they are a little goofy looking, but so far with all the play, they've held up pretty well. The squeaker is usually the first to go when Daisy gets a toy. Her sharp little teeth usually rip the fabric and she destroys the squeaker. We have had these 4 days and the squeakers are all still intact. And no rips in the fabric! That's a good two days more than most of the other ones she has had! May be because they have no stuffing? When she bites her teeth go through two layers of fabric vs. one layer of a regular stuffed toy?!Our rating:Because the dogs all showed more excitement to these toys than any others they have had, and the old man even got in the action, these get 5 stars from them, judging by their reactions! And the shipping was quick, with a good price point for the product, so they get a 5-star rating from me too!

These Work for My Dogs
A few times a year I realize that the dog toys laying around the house are looking pretty ratty and just need to go. In the past I've bought some of the 'indestructible' toys for large dogs - fairly expensive - similar to these for our tiny Maltese. She destroyed those as quickly as she does the inexpensive ones so here I am shopping Amazon for reasonably priced dog toys. First of all, pay attention to the measurements, these are not big toys. I knew that when I bought them and wasn't surprised or disappointed when they arrived but if you are shopping for a large dog you may be disappointed.I do like that if / when they get ripped opened they don't have stuffing, I am not going to come home to stuffing scattered from one end of the house to the other. They pretty much arrived looking as described and pictured and shipped pretty quickly. Seem to be of acceptable quality. I probably could have found toys of the same size and quality a little cheaper but the convince of Amazon was worth a few extra dollars, especially when I'm in the middle of the winter when I would rather shop from the couch than clear the snow for a trip to the store.

My dogs enjoy this toy
The media could not be loaded. My Maltese Bella Grace plays with the fox toy first thing every morning. She will take it to my Pitbull Nala and gets her to play tug of war with the toy. They play with this toy several times throughout the day. My pitbull is very gentle with her and the toy. The kit came with three toys. I have put two of the toys up to replace the fox when it wears out. The toys all squeak and make crinkle noise. Bella enjoys making the toy squeak and crinkle.

Fox is the best
I really like these products because my pups play tug of war with them, the creatures are long, there is no stuffing to accidentally swallow and the creatures are really cute until their faces are chewed off. Once the toys have no faces I tie the body into a knot. The knot provides more chewing. The fox is cool. I bring that out only before pups go to sleep and move it around like a puppet. They clearly want to kill it but they are also fooled by it, acting like it’s real. I have managed to preserve the fox’s features by limited use. It brings excitement to the end of the day.

Might be ok for a smaller dog
I got these for my 7 month old border collie/lab mix, hoping it would deter her from chewing everything in the house. She liked the crinkle sound in the tail and seemed to enjoy that she could carry them. However, after about a day she had chewed the legs off one and by day 2 two of them had holes chewed in them. We threw those away and she was left with one. This last one lasted longer but did end up with a large hole chewed in the side (I'm still finding wet black pieces days later). These are not for big chewers.

My dog loves his skunk
I bought these 2 months ago for my 125 lb. Puppy. The skunk is by far his favorite. He carries it with him around the house, he mouths it, shakes it, and will play tug with it. He has yet to destroy on of them. This is a fabric toy and if your dog is a hard chewer fabric will not hold up. But they are made of a durable fabric and my dog does bite them hard enough to destroy the sqeakers with no other signs of damage to the toy. I do plan to buy more.

The description says it all for these toys.
The description is very accurate. Our dog chews on these just a little but mostly tries to get them from my daughters OR plays keep-away (don't let us take it away). My. daughters especially like that they look like animals. There really is no stuffing at all (AWESOME), the squeaker kept squeaking despite being chewed a bit, and the crinkle paper doesn't ever quit crinkling. Overall, a great choice for us, because our dog is NOT at all a power chewer and has other toys for chewing.

They have held up well for my puppy
I have a puppy who goes for anything that make a crinkly sound so these were a no brainer. I can always get her attention when I need it by squeezing the tail to make the crinkly noise. We've spent a lot of time playing fetch with them and she plays rough with her toys after she gets them before giving them back for me to throw again. All are still in like new condition. I only give 5 stars for those toys that can occupy her for a good while. These she plays with for a minute or 2 on her own which is about the usual for her.
