This was easy to put together. light weight enough to easily pick it up and move it while being sturdy enough to keep the 15 pound puppy in. It was large enough that there was space for my son to get into it with her and read while keeping her company. you can easily use less panels if you want a smaller enclosure. I moved it near the kitchen sink and we did the dishes together. she couldn't run off and cause trouble and I stood in the enclosure. Like I mentioned earlier, it is easy to relocate and change the shape. we purchased this after my son was "watching her" (not really) and she chewed on the molding of the door. This was a great purchase and I wish I had bought it BEFORE she chewed the molding. Sadly I need to update my review. I have a Portuguese water dog and she is good at jumping. She was able to jump/pull herself out. However, I believe this would have kept any of my other previous dogs in so, it is still a wonderful pen. I hope this review is helpful!

This is awesome! Super easy to set up and take apart, and easy to clean. I like that it has a little door, and that you can arrange it to a few different shapes. Its light and functional.

This is a great dog playpen,it keep the puppy safe when you’re not around at all the time mine sleeps in it at night because she did not like the crate. She don’t like to be confined.

It was easy to setup and adjust into different sizes and configurations. Super easy to take down and move around and it doesn't take up much room in a car if you need to transport this with you. The rubber feet are awesome and will not scratch our hardwood floors. However, it is not super sturdy depending on the configuration you set it up in. For example, if you set it up as a square you will get a lot of swaying if a dog jumps up on the sides where the two pieces meet. If you set it up in an octagon you don't get as much swaying. There are two cons that you need to be careful of. 1) make sure when you place the rods to join the sections together you do not try and adjust the angles too much or the rods will get stuck. The rods are not round. They are designed to hold the angle between the sections when you setup your pen. If you try and force the two attached section with the rods installed they will get stuck and will be hard to pull out from in-between the sections. Not a big issue you just need to be aware when setting up in the octagon shape. 2) The pen is very light. Our 10 week old golden puppy figured out that she can push under the walls (especially in the corners) and get out. Even if the pen was a little heavier I think our puppy could have done that. It will depend on your dog or whatever you are putting in the pen.

This is a great buy for a puppy or small dog. Once you get the hang of pushing the piles through the holes to configure it just the way you want it is so easy to break down and set up. Very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely perfect

I purchased the Amazon Basics 8-Panel Octagonal Plastic Dog Playpen (28", Grey) for my Shih Tzu, and it has been useful overall, but there are definitely some quality concerns. Assembly was very easy, and I like how simple it is to configure into different shapes depending on your space. It also breaks down quickly for storage. The included rubber feet are a nice touch if you want to protect your floors or add a bit of grip. That said, the plastic feels very flexible and lightweight. When I opened the package, I noticed quite a bit of shredded plastic inside, which made it seem cheaply made. The door is especially flimsy, and sometimes I worry the whole pen could tip over because it’s so light. It works fine for my small dog at night. She stays in without issue but I wouldn’t feel confident using this for a stronger or more active pet. It serves its purpose for now, but next time I would probably invest in a sturdier metal version for better durability and peace of mind.

Cette clôture a bien servi pour garder mon chiot cocker. Assez grand pour y mettre son lit, les 2 gamelles et reste encore de la place. Et l'hauter est suffisant pour qu'il ne saute pas dehors. Je recommande!
