Cold water and no leaks
I tried an alternate brand as I did not see one when I placed my order. The other was a bad buy. This one has cold/hot water both, absolutely no leaking and easy to clean.

The cold water spout doesn’t disperse water! Only the warm water spout does
I was very upset to pay all that money for a water machine and for the only feature that I would use to not work is disappointing to say the least! And having to return it is a lot of extra work on my part. They should offer to pick it up for me as I don’t have a car

1st class flow rate!
I tried a cheaper model & the flow rate was terrible. Returned it and paid ~$50 extra.

No fuss and works great
I’ve gone through a few dispensers now and so far this one is great. It’s nice and quiet. My only complaint is that large flasks don’t fit under the spout easily to fill. Another inch on the self space would be a design improvement.

Great product
When our older (5 years old) machine started leaking, I immediately got on Amazon for a new one. I liked the Primo model so wanted the same kind. Found it easy and was so pleased with the fast delivery. I was expecting it in 5-7 days (wasnt Prime eligible) but was happy it arrived in 3 days. I can tell the difference in the new machine, the water flows much faster. I love it.
