Chump or champion? Didn't buy this model, or did buy it? You already know the answer as to which one you are.
the flimsy modern tent nylon fabric windbreaks were returned to the German supermarket brand in the UK. The both-sides guy lines and totally ineffective fibre-glass poles with inadequate feet on them got right on my wick. What a waste of my time....whereas these...it is not a proper windbreak if you can't mash it with a mallet. Stones, sand, turf, these go in, with our without mallet persuasion. And they stay in. They also break the breezes into gentle wafts of air. They are long enough, tough enough and good enough for my needs. As a design concept and a practical solution they still rule. Which is my way of saying that I am an old fuddy-duddy when it comes to things like this. Because they just work. I can put them up on my own, and take them down on my own. If you enjoy a wrestle with fibre-glass and plastic, don't buy these. Or to put it more simply, you risk being a chump if you don't buy this kind of design. Oh, and this model and brand is pretty darn good, too.

Shelter from winds and prying eyes.
Perfect for privacy as well as practical in sheltering from winds. Lovely bright sunshine colour. Durable. Easy to use - with a good mallet of course. Folds away quickly. Love it so much I’ve bought a second one.
