I was VERY reluctant to order this product because at checkout Amazon tells you it will NOT ship in a box. I thought what was pictured in the listing is what would be delivered with a shipping label taped to it. I also thought there was a good chance that the sticks could be cracked and broken from this shipping method. I was happy when I received and opened the package because it not only shipped in a box but it was shipped in 2 boxes! The product seems factory new in a Franklin box, and then the Franklin box was put inside of an Amazon box! The hockey sticks had a small white zip tie holding them together but that was all the packaging they had if you can even call it that. The product is official NHL licensed and is great for kids playing just like other reviews stated. This is not a shortcut to competitive hockey equipment. What is IS good for is playing with my 7 year old in the basement! Because some complained about the durability of the ball I ordered 3 extra NHL balls. However, this orange ball seems super tough and I'm not sure how the hockey stick could break it. If your kids like hockey buy this today! If the sticks or ball break I will update this review immediately!

Good quality sticks for a good price.

Great first hockey sticks for my 6 and 2 year old. Sticks are hallow and a bit flimsy but they work for my boys. The balls are great quality and the different colors/designs are loved by my boys. Recommend for anyone learning how to play hockey at a young age.

Grandson plays a great deal of hockey. Loves the hockey stick set. Durable. Grand daughter has started playing as well.

Kids love it. The decorative wrapping on the stick gets chopped off while playing. Cover stick with clear packaging tape to avoid tearing.

I wish I could give this a better review. I thought buying a Franklin brand stick I was going to have quality, not so. One stick broke on the second use. I was playing with the grandkids, lifted it up to shoot, and it just fell apart. It must have had a crack under the plastic sleeve, and went unnoticed. So far , so good, with the other 5 I ordered.

This was a great deal! Nice sturdy sticks, looks super cool! Also return process was super easy! I didn’t read the description & the sticks were too short for my kiddo but when I went to return them I got a refund AND was told to keep the sticks! I donated them to the local roller hockey rink so they are getting lots of use & love!

My son was super excited to play, but the ball broke within a day of play. I know kids can be rough but I thought this brand would be sturdier. I did some research and turns out the ball is for warmer weather. This might seem like common sense for some, but it didn’t cross my mind. The kids were not playing in freezing weather but it wasn’t warm either.
