More Than A Cookbook But A Guidebook Into The Paleo Lifestyle!!
This is an outstanding cookbook on the Paleo diet. I loved the background information that was clear and precise making it easy to understand why this diet is so popular and fast becoming the lifestyle of choice. But more than a cookbook it covers the health benefits, what food items to have on hand and a seven day meal plan to get you started. The recipes are amazing covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. With delicious meals that are easy to make and won’t leave you hungry that even kids would enjoy! The pictures are beautiful leaving one hungry and eager to start cooking. I haven’t found a recipe I don’t like but my favorites are for breakfast - bacon and egg omelet muffin, lunch – bunless turkey burger and for dinner – ground turkey and sweet potato casserole. But don’t take my word for it try them all for yourself from, turkey, chicken, pancakes, soups, vegetables to beef and pork and even desserts. With over one hundred recipes one can’t help to fall in love with this exceptional book that is more than a cookbook but a guidebook into the Paleo lifestyle!!

Comprehensive Paleo recipe book
Even if you're not strictly on a Paleo diet, this book gives you plenty of options for healthy meals. A standard diet includes so much bad stuff these days, like refined sugars, artificial flavors and other additives. The Paleo diet is a more natural and healthy way of eating and focuses strictly on fresh and whole foods. Also if you're eating gluten-free like me, these Paleo recipes give you plenty of ideas for tasty gluten-free meals.This book is packed with information: not only does it include 100 tasty recipes, it also explains the background and health benefits of a Paleo diet. It also outlines a 7-day Paleo Meal Plan, which I thought was very useful: this allows you to quickly plan all your meals for an entire week. Recipes are easy to make and the book is formatted nicely as well. 5 stars!

A Great Book For Those Looking to Combat Disease!
Thank you for providing such a great book with the recipes to go along with the meal plan. This is such a great book for those starting out on a paleo diet. Paleo diets are essential for those who are just recovering from diseases like cancer and diabetes. This perhaps is the greatest first step toward getting out of the world of processed carbs that are proven to kill people faster. Not to mention, all these recipes are quick to make!I will be using this book to make more healthy on-the-go lunches for myself to have while I'm at work. I look forward to more recipe books like this in the future.

Definitely Recommended!
You know how you can look through some cookbooks and not find anything that stands out as being something you'd like to prepare and eat? Well, Primal Paleo Cookbook by Dylanna Press is definitely NOT one of those! As I read through the recipes I was amazed that I wanted to make MOST of them! In fact, I copied the ingredients for several of them, went to Whole Foods today, and came home with 5 bags of fresh veggies and meats to prepare for the rest of the week. Amazing! This is a wonderful cookbook. I will definitely be checking out the other books by this author soon. Definitely recommended!

Can be done fast
I definitely enjoyed this new Paleo Cookbook by the Dylanna Press. The recipes are really delicious, and really easy to prepare. Key point is that they can be done fast - which suits me very much. . I am do not keep to a strict Paleo diet all the time - but have found these recipes to be appropriate for when I am on Paleo or not.

Lots of great info and recipes.
As soon as you get this book try the Sweet Potato and Leek Hash! As they say in this book, Paleo isn’t only about meat. But there are plenty of tasty meat recipes too. Primal Paleo Cookbook: Quick and Easy Paleo Recipes by Dylanna Press. Has great info about Paleo, including health benefits and menu plans, but the real treasure here is all the great recipes. Recommend this is you are just starting out Paleo or are well down the road. Five stars.

Great for people who practice the Paleo Diet...
I've been trying to change my diet to a more healthy one. I have to admit, it's very hard. I'm glad I picked up this book. I loved that the author explains all the things we need to know before starting the Paleo diet. I really liked that this book includes a meal plan and yummy and healthy recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and oh so yummy. I'm excited to try all of the recipes. A great book for Paleo beginners.

Really tasty recipes.
Really tasty recipes. Far from your usual diet cookbook this has some of the tastiest recipes in it and they are genuinely inspiring. Many cookbooks just get left in the kindle and never come out again after an initial read through - not so with this one. It has a great idea at the beginning of the book with a shopping list of ingredients for the paleo diet and then its on into the recipes - which are delicious.

Great book about Paleo diet with amazing recipes!
I had no information on Paleo diet before reading this book, this book explains it very well. It is full of useful information and amazing recipes. The recipes are pretty easy to cook and you could easily find all the ingredients at home. The slow cooker recipes are brilliant for the days when I'm too tired to cook dinner or just don't have the time. I enjoyed reading this book, it is very well presented.

Excellent Paleo Recipes
The Paleo diet is simply explained and the reasons why it brings health benefits.., but this book also shows how to prepare meals quickly and without undue fuss.A very useful section on restocking with basic Paleo food items is followed by an excellent 7 day meal plan.The recipes are varied and delicious. There is a great selection to choose from and no-one should feel in any way restricted for flavour and variety when following the Paleo diet using these recipes. Excellent!
