I love how it fits and it is built well

I love the look, it looks and feels well-constructed, and it keeps the rain off. The chin cord is a must for windy days, because the wind will grab the wide brim. Fit is a little small - my head circumference is 22", and the Small is said to fit 22.5"-27.1". It fits me snugly, so I think anyone within that range would probably be happier with a size up.It does also have a "security pocket," which is basically a pouch just barely big enough for a key or maybe a credit card or folding money. But since I'm more likely to misplace my hat than my wallet, I don't know that I'll be using it to store things.

This hat fits great and the quality is excellent as expected from Outback Trading Co. This is my new go-to fly-fishing hat.

Excellent construction and was packaged very well for shipping. The box was wide enough to support the brim circumference and had foam rings to protect the crown of the hat during transport. Ordered a Medium thinking I might have to exchange for a Large, but it fit like a glove.

wife really wanted one for Christmas. This one fit perfectly and she felt it was of good quality.

I’m very pleased with this hat. I had been looking for a hat that offers good sun protection but also looks good. I’ve been wearing cowboy hats for years on the farm but always felt they were a bit “costumey”. Sun hats were too prissy and bucket hats were too beachy. This hat is sophisticated and sharp looking but also fits my farm lifestyle. I really expected that I’d return it because it had a cowboy hat vibe and was too similar to what I’ve been wearing but it’s more Outback than Wild West. At first glance the color was weird but once I took it out of the box I liked it. My head measures 21 1/4” and the small is a perfect fit. It’s a great hat.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hat. I purchased it to wear during day outings while on vacation, and it's proved to be a very wearable hat. The only place I can't wear it is inside my Toyota Highlander, as the headrest doesn't adjust to accommodate the wide brim - which is more of a downside of the vehicle and not due to the hat. lolIt fits as expected, and raindrops just bead up on the surface and can be wiped dry.
