ProMAG 2 x 3-1/2 Inches Adhesive Business Card Magnets

This is my second time buying these magnets because I am very happy with them. They have so many uses, but I generally use them to turn awesome stickers into magnets that last forever!But I also use them to turn photos into fridge magnets. They can also make some pretty awesome (and pretty cheap) gifts for family members.They are easily cut which is very helpful when I am cutting out very small or very erratic shapes.I think I first purchased these in 2014 and I still have some of my favorite magnets since then.But if you intend to use them for simple business cards, they work perfect for that as well. I think the price is totally fair and even though they arent the strongest magnets they can handle whatever paper or cardstock you stick to them, and they can hold up up to two pieces of regular paper stacked. They hold up regular photo paper too against a fridge.I am sure I will get these again when I have more images that I'd like to magnetize, if they are still around by the time I need more.

These worked perfectly for my wedding Save the Dates. I did a simple design from an online pharmacy photo section, bedazzled just a little to perk them up and magnetized them with the ProMAGs. They easily hold the cardstock to the frig, where some other magnets I looked at couldn't reliably hold more than a couple sheets of paper. The STD I went with is the 5" square (keep in mind higher postage) and one ProMAG centered on the back did the job. I did pay the higher postage ($.70 stamp) because of the card dimensions (check USPS for exact measurements that increase postage) but the weight of the magnet would have had it at a regular first-class stamp, if not for the size. I had an alternate, 4x8 sample card and one of these magnets worked just fine for that, as well. Had I gone with that design, though, I probably would have used two magnets - one at each end or two side by side length-wise down the middle of the long edge of the card. When I visited my Mom, I did see that her card showed the outline of the magnet on the front side, probably from mailing, as I had everything hand-stamped. It worked okay, because it wound up framing my fiance and I in the photo but maybe keep in mind if it could possibly spoil your picture. Probably an extra wrapping of even plain paper would help prevent that.

It was great and served it’s purpose. They were made into gifts. When I try to put on the paper I was placing on the magnet, it always adhered great. But with my unsteady hand sometimes, the paper was a little bit off and I had to cut the magnet, just slightly. Thankfully, it was very easy to cut. The thickness of the magnet is not too thick, but it’s thick enough for a good magnet.

I used these for 2x3 photo magnets for a celebration of life. I was able to easily cut the excess off, but they are sturdy enough to maintain the shape and stay flat.

These are thicker than they need to be. When being cut for art products, they leave adhesive that needs to be cleaned up off the cutting blades.

These work well for me. Every few months I find myself emptying my wallet of business cards. I use these to put the cards in my gun safe for quick reference. Could I use my phone? Sure, but I like having a hard copy of contacts.I used these before when I was a law enforcement officer. Whenever I met with a victim or citizen I could write the case number on my business card, place the card on the adhesive magnetic card, and the person would have a quick reference to get a hold of me. Citizens really seemed to like it.

We ordered it for our son. He needs to leave his current school for moving and wants to leave his new address to his classmate. We are afraid that if we print his new address into a normal card, his friends may lost them easily, so we decided to use magnet, which is easy to put on refrigerator, etc. We printed out his face picture and his new address to business card size papers. (We ordered to a printing company and they perfectly cut those cards into business card size.) It was a bit difficult to put such business card size papers to the magnet sheet nicely, some of the cards were put into a wrong direction. Anyway, those are nice and his friends love them.
