They are ok. Pros: pretty warm, really flexible (easy to move around in), they look cute and fit great when I first put them on. Cons: they aren't as warm as implied, they stretch out by the end of the day, the hip pockets don't zip, the cargo pocket is in a weird spot (right on the knee). No drawstring on the waist.I wanted to field test these before reviewing. I had to return them twice for not fitting because I didn't know how to measure myself for this type of fit (that's my issue). I went on a camping trip on the mid-Atlantic coast of the US in November. It was in the 50's during the day and 40's at night and cloudy most of the time. I was comfortable during the day with the pants, thick socks, hiking boots and fleece jacket. At night I had to put on leggings underneath the pants. They also stretched out throughout the day so by night time I had to keep pulling them up. The hip pockets don't zip so there is a flaw there. The cargo pocket is right on the knee and only big enough for chapstick or a single key. Also if you kneel down your knee may hit whatever is in the tiny pocket. They are waterproof as far as I could tell. Any liquid that got on them beaded up and rolled off. I AM keeping them but wouldn't order another pair. I would consider ordering another style from the same brand.

Great fit, perfect for Iceland spring weather. More fitted than most waterproof pants which gave it a more flattering look. Wore them with leggings underneath & we were plenty warm & dry.

I love the way these feel on my skin and as someone said in a previous review she looks sorta sexy. Keep in mind that looking sexy is not the goal. Staying warm at 15K feet is the goal. Fashion always takes a backseat to be warm. I ordered a size up based on reviews but found that even when I received them and tried them on over my heavy wool base layer, they were too snug. I did return them for one size larger. II am tall and slim and often the length is too short. For reference, I am 5'10" and 125lbs. I ordered 29" x 32". Why I ding one star is that the zipper was broken on the original. I noticed this in another review and so that could warrant the manufacturer taking a look into a better zipper.P.S. I noticed on the next iteration of these pants, the manufacturer makes a note that the sizing of the pants has been changed to reflect a more accurate sizing.

After reading so many mixed reviews, I was reluctant to purchase them. I am 5'7". I have a 28 inch waist and 39.5" hips. I have a terrible time finding pants/jeans that fit. Either I can't get them over my thighs/hips, or they gape at the waist. I went up to a 29" waist, and they fit perfectly!! Not too tight and actually kind of sexy! I'll have to have them hemmed, but that's not a problem. 32 length is a little long over boots. So perfect that I bought a second pair, and I gave a pair to my Mom, who is shorter and proportioned much differently than me. She's 5'2", a 30 waist and 38 hips. I am going to attempt to add pictures. Don't let the crazy hair/face distract you! Focus...on...the...pants! Wish they had more colors!

OK so I got to wear these when the snow storm hit in Texas, and I have to say they are warm and windproof as expected. That being said, this makes the pants not breathable. Can't be mad about that cause you can't have both, but just keep this in mind when getting them. Girls, we gotta let our stuff breathe, otherwise things start to get uncomfortable. I would say these are not to be worn all day without feeling "muggy" down below. Great pants for saving farts for later, lol.Overall, I am happy with these. They do what they promise, although I haven't tested their water resistance. Cute pants, got some compliments and girls asking where I got them cause they wanted some just like it.

Bought these to wear during our cold weather trips (we live in Florida) as jeans just aren't warm enough for me. These are perfect! They look nice, are comfortable, have room to wear layers comfortably and weren't too long so I can wear with sneakers or boots (I'm 5'1"). Only negative is they don't have zippered pockets (front or hip), but do have a nice knee zipper pocket which is great for chapstick, etc.

This was a the second pair I order and does not fit around the waist. The comfort and material are great, but I feel the sizing is off. I have three pairs of jeans from the same company and love them, I will try one last time. I still recond them but if you're like me without a difined waist go one or two sizes up.

This is the second pair I bought as the first ones were very tight and I wanted to be able to layer leggings underneath. The next size up was unavailable so I went another size up. By going 2 sizes larger the waist is loose but the legs are a pretty good fit. I would recommend definitely sizing up. I haven't worn in the inclement weather yet but they seem like a nice pant. Not too heavy, warm and enough pockets.

I received a 29- I'm normally a 28- so go with your size as you are as they are a bigger fit, if you wanting slim fit that is. Otherwise amazing quality!
