Seems good quality yet only time will tell
It smells and is black. I still do not know what adhesive is best to lay this on bare OSB. Every claims their "glue" is the best yet in the real world...I have yet to use one I like. Choose your adhesive wisely if you can. Good luck. P.S. I ordered and use 60 mil. I would not want to use anything thinner.

Excellent for my garden area
Thick, wide fabric for landscaping. Has never had tears or rips, which is nice.It was shipped and delivered without damage. This landscape fabric has kept the weeds out of my garden since it was placed down. Wonderful product!I’m glad I purchased it.

Very Pleased!
Great PriceExcellent serviceGreat packing job.I don't think one can do better than EPDM on a low slope roof... It's essentially a super durable "pond liner" on your roof! (I think there is some fire retardant in the roofing product, so not completely a pond liner, but you get the idea... Water proof!.Firestone is a trusted name and still this was the best price I could find for shipped EPDM of any brand. I didn't know "Apex Distribution" also sold the tapes/caulks/ primer and Adhesives, but when they called me to confirm the amazon order I enquired about the other materials and they put together a quote for the other materials. I purchased the other materials over the phone, and the next day all were shipped together. (they said the other products are also on amazon, but may be hard to find).About a week later (I'm in Oregon) ALL the products arrived clean and well packed.I think this is a stellar company.Extra Notes:The materials (700 pounds worth) were shipped Fed Ex freight... So it was on a semi truck. My property is a bit difficult to get to with a semi, so I offered to pick up the materials on a nearby highway turn off. So, if your property is hard to get to, would be good to figure out a place to unload. I did not have to reach out to Fed ex... they called a couple days in advance and the driver called about an hour before delivery and we arranged the pick up location then.Product thickness/ weight...Personally, I have had a great experience with a 45 mil EPDM I installed about 15 years ago in Florida... Hurricanes, beating sun, roof top gardening, neighborhood fireworks... with no deterioration at all in the membrane itself.I don't doubt that 60 mil would be stronger, but the extra weight has steered me away from 60 mil for my new project as well. One could go to 60 mil and install in multiple pieces, but in my opinion the seams are really the most vulnerable part of the EPDM roofing system and it's good to minimize or eliminate them if you can. just my 2 cents. Hope this helps! And thank you "Apex Distribution"!

Excellent in every way. Highly recommended.
We just added a 12 x 24 addition to our home that had an almost flat roof (pitch of only 5 inches). We wanted a rubber roof that was one piece without any seams and this was perfect. It was very heavy (we used an excavator to put the box on the roof). We laid it out so the sun could warm it then went to work. Install was very easy (used an adhesive, purchased separately). Highly recommended!!!
