CuisinartSmartPower Duet Detachable Stem

I was given a used Cuisinart Duet (food processor and blender), and it was perfect except for the missing adapter stem which holds the slicing/grating blade in the processor. I quickly found one on Amazon at an incredibly reasonable price. Of course, since it is an original part made by the manufacturer, it works exactly as it should. It arrived within a few days, undamaged. My free Cuisinart Duet is now perfect!

This is perfect replica of the original and is super durable. The only reason to buy again is if you loose it. 😉

I have the SmartPower Deluxe Duet Blender/Food Processor BFP-603. I purchased it from Lowes, and honestly I don't think this came with my assembly. I looked through every piece of card board and foam before tossing all of the debris in the trash, and I did not have this piece. However I was glad to find it on Amazon for a reasonable price, and now I am able to use my food processor. it fits nice and snug, and seems to be a perfect fit for my food processor.

I lost the stem adapter for my stand mixer food processor, which meant I could not use the slicing / grating blade. Took for ever to get help from Cuisinart. Glad I found this replacement. It fits slightly tight, more so than the original, but it works and I am happy.

Replacement part for my food processor. Almost threw it out because it would no longer turn. The replacement part was just what it needed to work again.

it IS the correct piece, but it is a very tight fit. i'm afraid if I put it on the spindle I won't be able to get it off. thinking of spraying it with PAM before I use it.
