Resmed Airsense 10 & Aircurve 10 Dc Power Supply 37297

I paired this product with a deep-cycle marine 12v battery to create an emergency power supply for an A10 CPAP. The result is a backup power supply that will last more than a week on a single charge. It is an expensive power converter, but it is a quality product that works flawlessly.

Seemed pricey compared to similar devices. Because my CPAP machine is a Resmed Air Sense 10, decided to order this one because of Resmed name and it was eligible for prime purchase, so if it wasn't the right thing it could be returned much easier. Bought to use in our travel trailer when not hooked up to AC power.Easy to use, plugs into 12volt cigarette lighter receptacle. Also came with female plug with clamps that could be used to attach to battery terminals.

This was purchased to use with my airsense CPAP machine in my camper. This is helpful so that I don't have to remove my cord from home. I can just take the machine and plug it into my camper without messing with the cord being moved back and forth. This also allows me to use it with an external battery instead of having to have my camper plugged into electricity at a campsite, allowing a much better choice of campsites. This was worth every penny and allows me to use my CPAP wherever we go.

Worked like a charm. ResMed has the battery use tables and manuals on their web site in PDF form. Make sure you read all of the documentation! Chances are you will *not* be able to use the humidifier function unless you have a massive battery system or some way to charge the battery between use. Be sure you're using a real deep cycle battery if you want it to last, not one that pretends to be one claiming to be "RV/Marine Deep Cycle" or some nonsense. Again this package does include an alligator clamp to 12V adapter cable for the DC-DC converter to plug in to.

This is a must have if your using a portable power supply like a Jackery. I’m using the BigBlue ac/dc power bank and was able to run my Resmed airsense10 for 1 week with power left over. I turned the humidity to zero which shuts off the heater, but as the air blows over the water tank it does pick up moisture so your not as dry as you would think you would be. Most nights were at least 6 hours of sleep.On a normal humidity setting of 3, my Resmed used half of the battery life during the night showing that the heater is a power hog.I won’t be caught without my cpap machine again if Texas loses power. Really a must have. If traveling, you could use this to run your cpap off of the vehicles power outlet either while going down the road or in a rest area to catch a nap.Worth the money.

Ordered this for use with battery power source. Once you find the on/off button at the end and find the proper sequence—everything worked perfectly. I only plan to use during power outages, so for this purpose it was expensive. If using for camping a lot, then the price would be great.

So far 2 nights camping and 2 nights of power outage at home. And the battery is still good. Never loss power . Easy to use. No worries. I recommend this product for airsense 10 users
