Excellent and effective while remaining gentle in lubricating the eye.I carry some w/ me where ever I go as , as soon as I feel a hint of scratchiness, I drop a cooling bit of the Bion Tears in my eye , to find my eye is immediately improved.I have tried many other solutions , but none are as gentle or effective as Bion Tears.

I've used Bion Tears for years, mainly at night because they last so well. I have Sjogren's syndrome and have tried to find the ideal (preferable not too expensive) combination of products for more comfort. Well, for me there is no "combination". It's Bion Tears and nothing else. I do use Restasis to try to lessen the dryness; I guess they work some. But nothing compares to the ahhhh feeling I get when I instill Bion Tears.One more note. At one point I got the feeling Bion Tears might be on the way to discontinuance. I wrote the manufacturer and got back a nice note reassuring me that they have no intention of dropping them. Another source of relief! :)I highly recommend Bion Tears to anyone in need of superior dry eye relief.

Looking for this and T reasonable price

I have severe chronic dry eyes. Restasis is so ridiculously priced I had to look for another product. These drops have allowed me to stop using restasis. I often have to use them 3 or 4 times a day, but they do the job. I expected for the cost that they they would go further than what they do, but still more affordable than restasis. I'm still hoping to find something that works, with a fair market price.

The product has no preservatives and is used for dry eyes! It is soothing although requires repeated usage.

I have been using Bion Tears for years. They are the best product for me. I spoke to a representative of the manufacturer, and the formulation of the inactive ingredients makes Bion Tears more like natural tears than Systane, which is produced by the same company. For some people, the Bion Tears formula is more soothing than Systane, for that reason. Also, the single-use vials are important for people like me who are sensitive to the preservatives which are included in the bottles that last 30 days. While single-use vials may seem wasteful, as mentioned by another reviewer, this type of packaging is necessary for me to avoid the preservatives. I have tried less expensive products and products which are easier to find, but they either irritate me or just don't help me.

Doctor recommended this brand. I've been using these eye drops over one year with no problems and my eyes feel much better. I use one vial per day split up into three doses, but can only do this because I'm not working outside the house.

These are the best o have tried and I have had dry eye issues for years and have tried everything!
