Purchased this as a holster for a S&W 686 4 inch barrel. It is a well made holster and works very well with a sturdy belt (I use a CompTac kydex reinforced model. This model has only one configuration on the belt (speed draw) it does NOT have a cant slot or retention adjustment screw as pictured.

I order one and didn't get what it shows. I wanted the tilt with the extra belt loop, but it came without it. Good holster just not what is shown.
