We picked these locks out of many similar choices for the reason of their slim and athletic look. My boys need them in gym locks and school lockers. They were excited to received these locks and immediately worked on code setup which proved to be very easy. (even kids can set up these combination locks without instruction).The surface of the locks feel very smooth and cool. The code dials are also very smooth and friendly. It is important for those dials to move easily because kids need to lock their lockers and leave. They need a smooth dial to lock and unlock. I love these locks.

Instructions not included
We received the 2 digital locks in a very timely manner (2 days I believe), however there wasn’t any instrucions with them that showed us how to “Set the Combination”. I have done this in the past with other similar locks but this time it didn’t work...I entered 4 Zero’s on the lock to open it, then I turned the locking bar around and pushed downwards to set the new combination. That did not work and now I cannot open that lock. I have not attempted to do the same for the other lock. The combination I entered was carefully entered and its a combination that I have used many times in the past..so I “KNOW” the combination.

The code doesn’t work all the time
Got them for a locker. They are challenging to use with recessed lockers. Turning the dial, you don’t get the normal sense of clicking; so when cannot use the sense of touch to rotate to a certain position. Also, it leaves you uncertain about being at the right spot.However, the worst part is that they don’t always open with the correct code. Tried not having the numbers perfect center and it still wouldn’t work. Not being able to unlock, a bunch of people tried for 15 minutes with no luck. Tried it myself again after everyone else and it opened.A lock is useless if it doesn’t unlock when you need it to. Strongly recommend against buying these.

Didn’t fit the kiddos lockers at their school but still durable and nice looking will use for something else
