Still waiting for a refund
First of all there was no remote control and the buttons didn’t work, so I returned it but I’m still waiting for the refund over a month now. The device was in a very bad shape.Update: After I submitted my review, I was informed by Amazon’s customer service that I have been refunded £28 for the faulty product they sold to me. However I had payed £32.48. I guess I still have to pay for the post of the damaged product. Unbelievably poor service. I’m starting to loose faith in Amazon.
