I used this Wild Yam in an anti-inflammatory blend with other supplements/herbs for pain relief. I was hoping it would help with my mom's arthritis pain, and today was an unbelievable day. She overdid it by cleaning before going to work, so I was overly concerned about her condition. She appeared tired and worn out before even starting work. Before she left, I convinced her to take my newest organic pain relief supplement capsule, which contains this Wild Yam, Licorice, Butterbur, Holy Basil, Feverfew, and Ceylon Cinnamon. She took it with some hesitation, but knew that my other supplements amd medicinal tea blends have helped her so far.By the time she came home, I was expecting to see her usual heavy limping, exhausted face, and hunched over body. My jaw was hanging open in complete astonishment and disbelief: she was walking normally for the first time in months! Although I've been treating her with other herbal and natural supplements as well, nothing has worked as well as this. She said she did feel just slightly more out of it than usual, but felt no drowsiness or negative side effects from the supplement. She told me work seemed to be easier than usual, and the bulk of her pain had vanished, which is truly incredible.My mom was gleefully cackling as she made swooshing sound effects with her mouth, and slid around the house rapidly in her slippers, as if on ice.. I'm 100% shocked and amazed, as is she. The difference is amazing, I swear to you! Today should have been a bad limping day for her and instead she returned home looking and feeling 20 years younger. She swears to continue taking the supplement blend, and I know she won't feel out of it after her body gets used to it. To be fair, the Wild Yam was mixed with these other ingredients, which is why I had to list them for you. However, the only new ones for her are the butterbur and this wild yam. So I am positive they did some magic for her inflammation, range of mobility, pain levels, and flexibility- after a single 00 capsule of the supplements.Yes. I highly recommend this!

This is supposedly organic yet it has lead in it and in California it is considered a carcinogen!? So why in the world would anyone use this? I cannot with any kind of conscience use a product either on my skin or internally that has lead in it. Therefore I am returning it
