Exta Stout Ash Knobstick

A nice rustic looking stick. It is not perfectly straight and does look very much like what it is - a coppice stick that was straight enough to be made into a stick with minimal work. it is not a "smart" stick, but it would look completely at home on a country walk or on the road as an everyday stick. It is described as extra stout but is only lightly thicker than a normal stick so do not expect anything particularly heavy. However it is more than sturdy enough for use. It has not been treated with anything but a couple of coats of linseed oil brings it up a treat.

I was sadly disappointed, as the stick was missing chunks of bark and the stick was not up to the standards I am used to.VM
