Computer exactly as described
I am not a computer savvy/electronic expert, but just a computer user who needed a new computer. I like the Toshiba brand and decided on this one. I took photos of the computer that arrived and it appears to be the one that is described above. It was an easy set up and works great. So far, so good. I expect to have a long relationship with this computer!

Cheaply made!
The chassis of this machine is very flimsy. The palm rest is cheaply made. The keyboard has a obvious upward bulge in the central area that gets noticeably depressed when typing on it.The battery life is pretty decent. Being a laptop with an SSD instead of an HDD means that boot times are very quick. I don't consider that to be a "pro" of this machine - all SSD machines boot very quickly.The sound is awful (I mean AWFUL) from this machine. with only one audio jack for earphones, you will have to make do with the array microphone mounted near webcam.This is by no means a quality product and may best be ranked as "lower end of spectrum value for money".

Speakers will NOT be loud enough
Speakers are up all the way and if there is any noise at all in the room, you cannot hear anything from the speakers. Ridiculous! no way to fix. Also, no backlight keyboard, keys cannot be read in low light. No hard disk room, needed to add an outside drive (really a pain when searching).I obviously did not do my homework on this computer. Don't by dynabook (apparently Toshiba's low level computer).First Toshiba I have been disappointed (disgusted) with.

This product is listed as as TOSHIBA laptop - what arrives is actually a poorly manufactured Dynabook.
