The first time I tried these probiotics was about 4-5 years ago when my then obgyn prescribed it to me and I would pick it up at the pharmacy. She swore by it to help with any imbalance such chronic yeast infections or bv. And it did do the trick. At the time, I mainly would take it during and after my period and it seemed to keep things at bay. Fast forward to years later, I buy it off of Amazon as it’s more convenient and either way it’s refrigerated. Nowadays, instead of taking it as needed, I take one pill a day. This is a recent change for me and I’ve noticed a huge difference. It’s kept any bv or yeast infections away and an added bonus, I have regular bowel movements which was not a regular thing before. I just feel healthier. And to make things more convenient, I keep the bottle in the fridge but I plan out my pills in a weekly organizer. It’s a comfort knowing that having the pills out at room temperature a week at a time won’t hurt it’s efficacy too much. I’m really happy with this. This is one of the supplements I take where I know it’s making a difference.

I take this daily on or off my period. It’s a helpful pill for women that helps keep things fresh down below. You’ll see a difference within a week maybe less. But it’s a good pill to add to your everyday hygiene routine. Remember ladies there’s more to a routine than just the physical work. Other forms of help or hygiene for down below may be great I’ve never tried them but I do recommend pills that aren’t going to throw off your ph balance and are still giving you good health. It’s an everyday thing I sometimes go a few days without it but that’s by choice. The same way you take your daily vitamins ( which you should ) is the same way you take vitamins for down below lol !
