The media could not be loaded.  I bought this from the Amazon resale, it was marketed at a highly discounted rate since it was a return. I was skeptical at first, but when it arrived I was thrilled! The description said it may have "moderate damage to the front, side, or back of the product." There is no damage on this product and it's like brand new. It looks beautiful and sounds beautiful! That being said I would definitely pay full price for this fountain. It's made of very heavy duty materials that I believe will last for a long time. I'm so glad that I took the chance and bought this fountain! The lights are so beautiful at night and creates a relaxing atmosphere along with the peaceful flow of water. The pump runs at a strong rate of flow, but not so strong that it's overpowering and annoying. Also, there is absolutely no spillage of water anywhere from the flowing water. This I love because my fountain is indoors in my sunroom. I was concerned about water naturally splashing out, there's none at all! This fountain is also large enough that it would be beautiful in the garden, it's very versatile. I knew the dimensions when I purchased it but it seems so much larger than I expected it to be, and heavy but not to the point that it's not easy to move. I highly recommend this fountain if you are on the fence about purchasing it!

The packaging was sufficient. Box got a little bruised but the fountain was safe inside. Very quick setup. Good weight and nice look. Fountain is soothing, peaceful and loud enough to hear.

Love this water feature! Looks great and has a nice natural sounding water flow. My only complaint is I can hear a low hum from the pump. It doesn’t overwhelm the water sounds but it’s there in the background. An adjustment to the water flow might take care of it. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  The assembly instructions were horrible and I cut my hand putting in the pump… but was simple to put together. Looks good, decent size, happier than I thought I’d be. Bought 5 gallons of distilled water and put in 3 to get it going. I’ll add more. Only day 1, but it works and happy with it. Tip…. Figure out where you want to put it, then add water. It gets heavy and hard to move with water in it.

I really loved this waterfall and all of a sudden it started leaking out the bottom. Very dissapointed! Also its really hard to make the motor stick to the inside bottom. I have tiny hands and putting it in made me get scratches from the rough edges of the waterfall material and then the suction would just not stick no matter what I tried to do.This is a beautiful waterfall but it shouldn't be leaking after a few months!!Could just be a manufacturing defect but its unfortunate it happened to the one I ordered.I would never buy this product again!

What a great find. I live nowhere remotely near water and the sound of this water fountain is perfect for a small garden and patio. Easily assembled and withstands high temps outside.

I take back my last review. They had it hooked up wrong. It works great. Water flows perfect. Sound is great. Will buy again.

This looked a lot bigger on the website, it looks like a Ninja turtle if you look closely, not very happy with the fountain but it does sound nice listening to the water. Also when I first got it I only had to refill the water once every week and a half now it seems like I have to refill the water every 4-5 days I checked to make sure there wasn't a leak.

Got this for a replacement of our large rock fountain that we are dismantling. We still wanted the water sound, but something that we could easily manage without too much maintenance. This is it. The sound is soothing & not too loud. We put a small rock in 2 of the falls to make it a bit louder & that worked perfect. It will splash out of the fountain if not on a level surface. Small enough it empty it for the winter & put into storage.
