Returned item as had issues 12 months after I made purchase and they still took it back to test!
I purchased this item 12 months ago but didn't attempt to load it until my old I Pod finally gave up the ghost. When I did attempt to use it, it charged but I was unable to put any music on it. The Seller offered to check it even after all that time, and although they said they couldn't find anything wrong, they made some suggestions regarding I Tunes and the software, and although initially today upon receipt I had a repeat of the issue of I Tunes not recognizing the I Pod, once it did it loaded my music library of 2880+ tracks. Whether what they physically did to it when checking it corrected the problem I cant be sure, but I cannot fault their customer service taking this problem onboard after that amount of time - thank you.
