Many frets in stamp
The many frets in the stamp allow you to show not only current fingering, but the transition to next finger configuration too.

This is a highly recommended tool for a guitarist.
I once had a smaller one in 1971. But this one is better because it is bigger. It does not come with an ink pad, but that's OK. Pick one up on line or at your local office supply store and a number 2 pencil. And you are ready to make chord diagrams with this stamp. Upgrading your music by saving chord progressions on paper. Sharpening your guitar skills and advancing your abilities at a more rapid rate than ever before when you use it.

Just what I wanted
I do my guitar practice from a written plan. Often, when working on a new piece of music or exercise, I encounter an unfamiliar or new form of chord and I like to include the shape and finger positions in my notes. I got tired of drawing out a fret form for every new chord I encountered and found this stamp online. As serendipity would have it, it's nearly exactly the same size as what I've been drawing by hand. It's quality is quite good and it gives clear, crisp, and consistent impressions in my notebook. I'm using it with a red stamp pad so that the finger positions show up clearly. It's just what I wanted.

Very good but very big
Serves me right for not reading measurements before buying, but didn't expect something so large- not really practical for use on regular size paper.

I simply love this thing
Make sure you buy ink too. A chord book also helps. I lead music at a summer camp, and I'm not really practiced on a lot of chords. I forget some of them easily. I can just stamp the bottom or top of my music, and put the guitar chords I don't remember right on the music.

Good chord stamp
Nice, but a little large. I would have preferred one that's a bit smaller, but it works just fine. Nice to be able to make my own chord sheets.

Easy to see, nice for a beginner.
When I am transcribing a song, as a new guitarist, I like to include any new chords the song uses, on the first pageof the music, it just makes it easier to play.

Perfect for those rare chords.
Great for those strange chords that you play once in a million songs. I used the stamp on the sheet music I use right beside where these strange chords are and that way I won't forget how to play it.
