Great Water Bottle Cage
Amazon rejected my first review, so here is a 2nd attempt. This in and of itself is enough to tell you how good this product is, but here we go:We received torrential rains several days leading up to these cages arriving. I ride almost exclusively on crushed limestone and dirt paths and roads. As a result, there were huge washouts, significant bumps, and long periods of what felt like riding over a washboard. I used a Camelbak Podium Chill and Dirt Series water bottle and the Arundel Cages held them in perfectly despite the unusually bumpy and jarring conditions. Would add a 6th star if hey could have added a little extra compliance in my ride, had to take an extra day off after a 50 mile ride on that terrain.Bottom line for me is that these feel light as a feather, hold the water bottle securely even on rough terrain, and allow for easy access and securing of a water bottle while on the move. Recommend and will buy more as I buy more bikes.

This is plastic
My own error for not fully reading the description. This cage is plastic but looks exactly like one they sell that is carbon fiber. Plastic functions, but is not as rigid so slipping bottles in and out is a little flexy. (Is that even a word?)

Maybe a little too tight?
Looks good for the aesthetic of my new bike. I wanted stainless steel but it wasn't going to look right with my bike color and its components so I decided on my first plastic bottle cages. They hold my bottles very tight (Podium Big Chills) and I actually have a bit of work to get them out and back in while moving. I feel confident I won't lose a bottle but in 15 years of riding I never have anyway, so...I'm not sure if plastic bottle cages "stretch out" over time and become looser.

does the job
I have an Arundel Dave-O carbon cage on my steel Colnago (2nd bike). This is the plastic/nylon version of that cage. It does the job just as well for the fraction of the cost. It secures your water bottle and it is easy to pull out when you need a drink. They come in different colors to match your bike (if that is important). I've had a couple of carbon cages and after awhile the start to "marble" (discolor). Side-by-side it's hard to tell the difference between the Sport cage and the Dave-O matte black. A water bottle cage is meant to secure you water bottle. It's not a fashion statement. Buy it.

Sturdy and lightweight. I wouldn’t have known to try this product were it not for a fellow cyclist.

Heavier than carbon at twenty percent of the price
I have two of these on my gravel bike and haven't even felt like there was a risk of losing a bottle. Too bad amazon doesn't have more colors available.

A Very Good Water Bottle Cage for Anything But Racing
Reasonably light (but heavier than the carbon fiber cage it replaced), but seemingly very rugged. Holds my Polar insulated bottles very securely even over bumps. I expect to have these a long time since they should hold their shape (unlike aluminum cages), should not crack (the material is rubbery plastic) and are not terribly heavy.Update May, 2019. These cages are still going strong. OK, so they're not real pretty, however, you can't beat them for functionality. Easy in-and-out of water bottles without any fumbling. Highly recommended from someone whose been a roadie for over 40 years.

👍👍
Good cage used on my girlfriends bike. It holds just as well as the lightweight carbon Arundel Mandibles that I have on my bike. That said, these are still pretty light. No bottes have flown out or have been scratched by the cage. Great value for the money.
