yes for a size 14 fits a 30'' waist

The underwear is true to size so I would order the size 2, also check the size charts for child weight.

It’s been a while since I purchased this item. I would check with the seller for the size chart. It is a fuller cute panty; which my Granddaughter prefers. She did not like the styles or popular brand panties from Wal-Mart, Target or Justice. Their cut always had her tugging at her underwear. We bought the size that we would have bought at the local stores.

Probably a 6. My daughter wears a size 8 in Carter’s underwear and I bought these for her in an 8 and they fit pretty good, just slightly big. So the 6 might be a little big on her, but the 4 probably wouldn’t fit her for long.
