If you are expecting an heirloom quality piece of kitchen equipment that will last the next 30 years, this is not it. If you're like me and want an easy way to make spaetzle once or twice a month, this fits the bill. Yes, it's on the thinner side but spaetzle "dough" is more like batter and basically drips through the holes. Minimal effort is required to slide the hopper back and forth. It glides very smoothly and makes absolutely perfect spaetzle noodles. Came in a ziploc bag with no recipe or directions but I found everything I needed online. Clean up is a easy if you rinse it well before the dough hardens. For 11 bucks, it's well worth every penny. The included silicone pot holders are cute and work well too.

The plastic handle could be sturdier, but I have never made Spaetzle so fast and so easily!Once I viewed a youtube video that explained how to properly use it, I produced a bowl full of steaming, yummy Spaetzle in about 15 minutes. Worth the investment!

I found this spaetzle maker sturdy, long enough to fit over the rim of my pot of water, and easy to use. It holds a good amount of batter and the spaetzle turned out great! Easy clean up, much easier than other ways I have tried to make them. Highly Recommend !

We've been buying store bought spätzle for a few years, and we went to a local German bakery where my wife talked to one of the cooks, and was given a recipe for it. We got this to control the size of the spätzle. It works as designed, Our only complaint is on the shipping side. No instructions, and arrived late.

This spaetzle amazed me by how easy to use and the result came out perfectly as I expected! I love it so so much.2 cons i found using this spaetzle are:- The corner may be a bit sharp. Be careful while using it.- It's a bit hard to clean it thoroughly because all the sticky powder is stuck into the small gutter. Take time to wash it down completely.

This product does what it advertised, it makes preparing spaetzle much easier than without the tool. The build quality isn't great but I've used it several times and it holds up. The price was very low so this met my expectations based on that, all in all I'm not dissatisfied with the purchase.
