Wi-Fi !
This particular camera does have wi-fi but not to pc or laptop. you can connect to a printer or smartphone etc or a complicated online pathway but not directly to your computer. Also it does not allow remote control management.

Avoid. I will never buy another Canon product.
I’ve had this camera for about a year now. I hardly ever use it. It’s just mediocre and unimpressive all round. Worst of all, the Canon Connect app doesn’t recognise the movie format the camera uses so its impossible to transfer movies to phones or laptops by Bluetooth (WiFi transfer is not even offered). You have use a proprietary cable so make sure you don’t lose it! Transfer is slow too; even with cable. Canon support could only suggest buying an SD card reader NOT made by Canon to solve the problem. I’m amazed that Canon - an organisation with an international reputation - can treat its customers this way.
