Works great
It’s the first time I’ve used these. I followed the instructions to determine size. They seemed a little tight at first, but once I got them wet, they fit better. They dry fast. Great for swimming and water aerobics.

Increased uper body resitance
The gloves noticeably increase water resistance when exercising in a pool. This increases the challenge of water exercises. I recommend these gloves as cost-effective and well made.

I ordered a large, but really needed medium, so I exchanged them for a medium size.Great for swimming.

provides just enough resistance
I like to pool jog an hour a day when it's too hot to do my 3 miles on land. I added these gloves to my routine because it adds just a bit of resistance when I'm "scooping" the water as I jog. They seem to dry out quickly and are (so far) durable.

Extremely cheap.
Horrible. Super hard to put on, impossible to take off. I didn’t get to use them before the stitching was pulling out. I just threw them out. Can’t recommend them.
