With myself, wife, and 2 kids skiing and snowboarding, maintaining our own equipment saves some money. I have been handbrushing for a few years and finally went to roto brushes to save some more time. Most roto brush kits only come with a brass brush and horse hair brush. Always feel like the nylon brush does a good job to continue to remove wax after scraping. Horsehair brush is a good polishing brush. Nylon brush is great.

This makes brushing your skis so fast, especially if finishing after applying FastStik wax. It made my bases so slick, I kept sliding into people in the lift line that I thought was on level ground, and that continued on the 2nd and 3rd days without reapplying.I filed the edges and waxed the bases of 5 sets of my family's skis in an hour using this system.My wax kit now consists of this brush in an XCMAN handle, a Dewalt cordless drill and a tube of FastStik. That will last for several seasons.
