Doesn't clean anything
The media could not be loaded. First of all, as soon as I started it, it was screaming so loud, but it quieted down a little bit after a couple of minutes. I ran 3 full tanks, with two cap fulls of carpet cleaner, and it didn't clean anything. I'm not impressed and sending it back. The clean spot on the left is from a Rainbow demonstration 2 months ago, you can see a dark line and to the right on that line is where I was cleaning. Maybe I have a bad machine, but it didn't clean.

Great machine
Great machine! Works great with the seriena vacuum. Left my floor looking like a professional cleaning company came in to clean it.

DONT BUY
I bought this item and it didn't fit on my Hyla. Tried to return and didn't get my money back.

False advertising. It does not fit a sirena vacuum
My dad got me this shampooer for my birthday back in April. Because of various life events I haven't had the need for it till now. Well I opened it and it does not fit my Sirena as it says it does in this listing. I repeat, IT DOES NOT FIT THE SIRENA!As you can see from the pictures the prong from the prolux is an entirely different shape than the outlet it is supposed to plug into in the sirena vacuum. It will turn on if you really shove it in but even then there is no water put down and the slightest movement makes the power stop again. This was a huge waste of money on my dad's part and very disappointing for me since I do actually need a shampooer right now. I guess it's back to renting one though cause i can't trust that this company actually makes the type of product I need. All that being said, if you want one of these, order it from the prolux store site. It's the same price there anyway. Then at least they have to make good on their advertising (since they are the manufactures of the product) if they send you the wrong model or don't actually have one compatible to your vacuum like they claim.
